Our Nursery & Toddler rooms focus on sharing the love of God with children under 3 and our Preschool, Kindergarten - sixth grade classes participate in appropriate and engaging curriculum that changes focus approximately every 6 weeks.

This group includes couples that have one child, a gaggle of children, absolutely none of those little people, a dog, a cat or just each other. The only requirement is that you made it to the end of the aisle.

The women at Capital enjoy the simple pleasure of spending time together! Brunches are held around the valley once a quarter. And the Women's Retreat is held each spring. The theme of the April 2008 Retreat was 'Wising Up.' Over 75 women attended to enjoy each others company and to be reminded of the perfect wisdom in God's word.

Once a month on Thursday's at 7am the men at Capital get up early and meet for breakfast because they cannot resist the lure of starting the day with eggs and sausage. Yes, there is fellowship, encouragement and support but the ultimate message is: everything is better with bacon.

20-30 Somthings: A Look at Galatians
The 20-30 Something Group is hosting a six-week Bible Study on Tuesday nights that focuses on Galatians. The group will look at Galatians one chapter at a time using a method called the Inductive Study series - a great way to also learn how to study the Bible on your own. For more information email Matthias at Matthias.shaprio@gmail.com.

Women's Study: Wising Up with Beth Moore

The ladies of Capital are following up the great learning at the Women's Retreat by viewing Beth Moore's "Wising Up: Wherever Life Happens" series in the Capital Cafe at 6:30pm on Wednesday evenings. Various topics are discussed from the book of Proverbs. Topics include Wising Up with our Money, The Heart of Wisdom, Wising Up at Work, The Wisdom of Restraint and Wising Up as a Mom and Wife. Email Tara at tross@capitalchurch.com.

Men's Study: A Study of Matthew
Men of any age or season of life are invited to join other men on a walk through the Bible in a small group setting. You need not be a bible scholar but just want to strengthen your walk through a deeper understanding and application of the scriptures all while hanging out with a bunch of other guys. Small groups are the primary means of developing deep connections with others on the same journey. Small groups are about doing life together and we need each other! This group will meet every other Tuesday evening beginning on July 22nd at 7pm at the home of Eric Reddish (Avenues, SLC). Contact Eric at 532-3381 or efoxred@hotmail.com

Journey to Jesus
Join leaders Keith and Miriam Phinney as this small group explores the gospels over a seven week period. The group will discuss Jesus' will, perspective, character and ministry with the goal of becoming more like Jesus! Understanding what that looks like and how it happens will be the focus of this study. Limited childcare will be available. Group will meet at the Phinney home on Tuesday evenings beginning on June 3rd. For more information or to sign-up please email Keith at keith.phinney@gmail.com.
