Our Summer 2019 Men’s Study Group transitions in August to a four-week study of Paul’s letter to the Philippians. We meet from 6:30 to 8 p.m. Tuesdays (Aug. 6, 13, 20 and 27) in Room 110, downstairs at Capital SLC.

Asked to name their favorite book of the Bible, many Christians cite Philippians, written from Rome during Paul’s imprisonment to the church he had founded years earlier in Philippi, a Roman colony in Macedonia. It’s a book full of joy, as well as examples of how to live Jesus’s story.
