Primary TextProverbs 19:20
F1
Imagine a pilot blasting music through noise-canceling headphones while flying a 747 from New York to Los Angeles. Now imagine air traffic control relaying a message that the pilot is heading straight for a storm in an area where multiple aircraft will converge at the same time – but air traffic control has a way to get everyone through the storm safely. Now imagine the co-pilot waving their arms trying to get the pilot’s attention because they clearly aren’t listening to the warning and wisdom of air traffic control.
In this week’s God and the Movies, one of this year’s most high-octane films shows us the price we pay when we stop listening to the input and wisdom of those around us.
