JOURNEY WITH US
Capital Kids Ministry
Kids (newborn – 5th grade) are invited to join us downstairs in Capital Kids ministry at every weekend service. While parents are listening to the weekend message, our Capital Kids continue their journey, growing in their knowledge of God while diving into the Bible. From the earliest age, nursery through toddlers experience the love of God through caring volunteers who provide a safe and nurturing environment. Kindergarten through young elementary kids learn simple, foundational truths, reinforcing the character of God. Our upper elementary kids engage in curriculum that challenges them to apply God’s word to their own lives. Our curriculum is fun and seeks to promote a firm knowledge of who God is and what He has accomplished for us through Christ!

Capital Kids are welcome to join our Kids Crew where the can help out and serve at our weekend services. We love serving together with our kids and look forward to having them on the team!

Let’s Do This!
The first Sunday of each month our Capital Kids are invited to exchange their Capital Bucks for prizes! Kids earn Capital Bucks for good behavior, memorizing scripture, following instructions, and many other things and we love to reward them with a chance to earn a prize!
Capital Kids Volunteers!
We’re looking for talented and committed individuals to invest in our kids.
Capital Kids volunteers are committed to caring for God’s littlest ones, help facilitate their spiritual and social development, and lay a foundation for a lifetime of spiritual growth for each child. Curriculum is prepared and set, volunteers are asked to love our kids and deliver the message! Background check required. Volunteers serve a minimum of 1x per month.

It is our goal to create a safe and loving environment in which the children entrusted to our care are able to learn about the character of God, discover Biblical truth, and learn what it means to follow Jesus Christ. We hope to equip our parents with resources to help us partner together as we lead our children to be Christ-centered disciples.
