How about sitting on your couch engrossed in a climactic scene of a movie when, out of nowhere, the screen is taken over by a message telling you to check your internet connection?
What is often the solution to all of these issues? A hard reset.
Shut down the computer or phone, unplug your router, and let them just sit for a few minutes.
