“Scared To Screw Up”

How do you react when you’re faced with a difficult decision? Do you run with your impulse reaction? Do you lose sleep for days or weeks wondering how you to handle that difficult decision at work, that hard conversation you need to have with a friend or family member, or if you should say anything at all? Sometimes something as simple as a yes or no decision turns out to be anything but simple. We make decisions every day that affect our lives and the lives of those around us.
