If you want to know what someone really believes about God, just listen to their prayers. What do your prayers reveal about your faith? If God is a God who answers prayers like Ephesians 3:14-19, your prayers are probably too small. We shouldn’t allow unanswered prayers of the past to prevent us from praying big, bold prayers in the present.
HOMEWORK
As you put this week’s message into practice, pray bigger prayers. Pray creative prayers. Pray personal prayers. Pray other people’s prayers. Pray more prayers.
May you personally know that unknowable love that you might live the rest of this week filled up with fullness of the infinite God. And may you find the faith to pray bigger, bolder prayers to the God who can do immeasurably more than you could ever ask or imagine.
