Primary text: Luke 7:36-50
People who know they're forgiven show they're forgiven.
Do you feel forgiven? No, feeling forgiven doesn’t necessarily make you forgiven; but it sure changes the way you respond to Jesus, and it changes the way you interact with others. God’s grace always finds us right where we are, not where we should be. When you live in that truth and truly feel forgiven, you’re prone to pray bigger prayers, you’re more gracious when you see the flaws of people around you, and you’re more likely to live in joy and gratitude despite circumstances. The sinful woman in Luke 7 teaches us that people who know they’re forgiven show they’re forgiven.
