There are just some foods that we know not to eat at lunch because, if we do, we won’t be productive for the rest of the day. Some foods leave us no choice but to take a nap thirty minutes after we’re done eating. So, if we have a lot to do in the afternoon, we choose our lunch carefully to make sure we can accomplish what we need to.
As we continue our series Better Together, we meditate on a choice that will more than alter our afternoon; it’s a choice that will shape our future.
