Talk to God about everything, and you won't worry about anything.
We get good at the things we practice. What are you practicing when things are scary or uncertain? Do you put your hope in things that don’t make you hopeful? Do you fight your fear by consuming information in a fleeting attempt at greater control? Or, as we’re called to do in Philippians 4:6-7, do you present your worries to God through prayer, in every situation? When we cast our cares on him, God will guard our hearts and minds with peace that surpasses understanding. Talk to God about everything, and you won’t worry about anything.
