Great leaders make great decisions. Good leaders make better ones.
Most people in our world strive for greatness. They want to do great things so others see them as a great leader. There’s nothing wrong with wanting to be great.
But there is a problem with being great at the expense of being good – morally, ethically good.
Our world is overrun with great people and great products. But it’s lacking good people, good leaders creating those products, organizations, and families.
This week, we look to the Proverbs to learn how we can become great leaders who do great things without sacrificing our calling to be people of good character.
Other texts in this message: Proverbs 20:28, Proverbs 16:10-13, Proverbs 29:4-5, Proverbs 11:14, Proverbs 15:22, Proverbs 20:18, Proverbs 24:6, Proverbs 24:26, Proverbs 26:28, Proverbs 28:23
