The Battle Is Won At The Place Of Prayer – David & Sherri Godbout

Problems are unavoidable in our world. Stress is unavoidable in our world. Trials are unavoidable in our world. The temptation to lose ourselves in the problems, stresses and trials pervades our world.

But what if there’s a way to overcome them all? And what if Jesus hands us a plan and shows us how to put that plan into action so that we can become people who experience problems, stress and trials, but aren’t shaken by them?

This week in our series, Becoming, we examine prayer in the life of Jesus to see just how much his life revolved around the practice of prayer, which means our should, too.

Other texts in this message: Isaiah 55:3, Luke 5:16, Luke 6:12, Exodus 4:22-23, Psalm 2:7, Isaiah 55:3, Matthew 4:17, Mark 1:35-38, Luke 23:34, Matthew 26:36-44, Luke 22:45
